Santistevan Twins Are Here - James and Missy Santistevan of Lusk are proud to announce the births of twin boys, Philip Joseph and Travis James. Travis was born at 11:15 a.m. on January 8, 1990. He weighed 4 lbs. 8 oz. and was 17 & 1/2 inches long. Philip was born at 11:20 a.m., he weighed 4 lbs. 6 oz. and was 17 & 3/4 inches long. They were born at Regional Weest Medical Center in Scottsbluff. When the boys come home they will be joining their brother Noel William who is three.
