Mr. and Mrs. Ted Lohr of Lusk are announcing the birth of a little son, born Dec. 4, at the Memorial Hospital in Casper. The baby weighed 8 pounds and 3 ounces and has been given the name of Mark Steven. John Lohr and Leonard Christian, both of Lusk, are the baby's grandparents.
