Allen and Michelle Proulx of Lusk are the parents of a baby girl, Brooke Rene', born Saturday, Feb. 18, 1984 at Niobrara Memorial Hospital in Lusk. She weighed 8 lbs., and was 21 1/2 inches long. Brooke joins her two-year-old sister Kyra at home. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Prosper Etchemendy of Lost Springs. Maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bartos of Keeline. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Proulx, Jr. of Croghan, N.Y. Paternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Monnat of Castorland, N.Y. and Mrs. Imelda Proulx of Croghan, N.Y.
