Philip, Newly and Logan Matthews of Lusk, Wyo, are happy to announce they have a baby sister, Taylor Dawn, She was born Jan. 2, 1993, at 2:39 a.m. at the Community Hospital in Torrington, Wyo. She weighed 8 lbs. 8 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Tom and Misty Matthews are the proud parents.
Paternal grandmother is Esther Matthews of Lusk.
Maternal grandparents are Larry and Bernice Lowe of Lance Creek. Stewart Sides of Lance Creek is great-grandfather and Opal Clark of Prescott, Ariz., is great-grandmother.
