Dave and Kim (Nelson) Hazlett of Fort Morgan, Colo., announce the birth of their daughter, Jordyn Marie. She was born May 8 at Colorado Plains Medical Center. She weighed 6 lbs. 5 oz. They have a son, Jacob Paul.
Grandparents are Duane and Bonnie Nelson of Lusk, and Robert and Kathy Hazlett of Chappell, Neb.
Great-grandparents are Linden and Anna Nelson of Torrington and the late Paul and Betty Morgan of Lusk and Alice Bove of Chappell and Eva Hazlett of Oakley, Kan.
