Mr. and Mrs. Don West of Vernal, Utah are announcing the arrival of a daughter born February 20 in Vernal. The little gal as of yet is unnamed but tipped the scales at 7 lbs. 15 oz. Mr and Mrs. William Hovis Sr. are the maternal grandparents and Mr. and Mrs. John Overman are the paternal grandparents. Mrs. J.B. Hovis of Thermopolis is the maternal great-grandmother.
