A daughter, Nina Mae, born to Samual and Cynthia Blaney of Lusk on Feb. 4 at Niobrara Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz. and measured 20 inches in length at birth. Maternal grandparents are Ralph and Charlotte DeFord of Casper. Maternal great-grandparents are M.W. and Helen Spivey of Redan, Ga. and maternal great-great-grandmother is Mrs. Marcus Spivey of Atlanta, Ga. Paternal grandparents are Cliff Blaney and Clarabelle Davis of Lusk. Paternal great-grandmother is Violet Smith of Lusk.
