A daughter, Jessica Lynn, born to Joe and Carla Schaefer of Harrison, on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 12:27 p.m., at the Chadron Community Hospital in Chadron. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces at birth and was 20 inches long. She has a sister, Jennifer, 2, at home. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Francis Cox, Humboldt, Iowa. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schaefer, Harrison, and paternal great-grandmother is Mrs. Mary Holmgren, Sidney.
