Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Tschacher are parents of twins born January 10 at Wagner, Ill. Matt, who was born first, weighed 6 lbs., and his sister Michele weighed 5 lbs. and 4 oz. The twins have an older brother Bart who is two years old and will help their mother and keep them company.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Herb Taylor of Springfield, Ill. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Tschacher of Manville, and paternal great-grandmothers are Mrs. Emma Tschacher of Manville and Mrs. Hazel Reeves of Douglas.
