Mr. and Mrs. Don Shoopman are the proud parents of a girl, Shannon Lynn, born March 22 at the Niobrara County Memorial Hospital. Shannon tipped the scales at 8 lbs., 14 oz. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William Burt of Lance Creek. Maternal great-grandmother is Violet Burt of Bowman, N.D. Mrs. Charlene Hendrickson of Manville is the paternal grandmother. Great-grandmothers are May Shoopman and Twila Schrock, both of Thermopolis. Mrs. Shoopman, the former Kathy Burt, and new baby came home from the hospital Saturday afternoon.
