Mr. and Mrs. Omar Peters of Lance Creek are the parents of a little daughter born to them at the Lusk Hospital on Sunday, April 3rd. A caesarean operation was performed at the time of birth but the seven pound baby and mother are doing nicely. The baby has been named Frances Lucille.
