Mr. and Mrs. James E. Barrett, of this city, are the proud parents of a son born Tuesday, July 15th, at the Niobrara Memorial hospital. The young man tipped the scales at seven pounds and fifteen ounces. He has been named Richard James. Governor and Mrs. Frank A. Barrett are the paternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. John C. Martinez of Rawlins are the maternal grandparents.(Lusk Free Lance)
