Mike and Jackie Schiel of Gillette announce the birth of a daughter on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at Niobrara County Memorial Hospital. Heather Nicole weighed 7 lbs., 5 ozs. and was 21 inches at birth. She will join Jayme Lynn, 4, at home in Gillette. Maternal grandparents are Merilyn and Alva DeWitt of Lusk and Ray Hitt of Leavenworth, Wash. Maternal great-grandparents are Jim and Irene Duterrow of Olympia, Wash. Paternal grandparents are Pate an Nila Schiel of Fort Morgan, Colo.
