Proulxes have new baby daughter
Al and Michelle Proulx are the parents of a daughter, Kelsey Jae, born Aug. 2, 1985, at Niobrara Memorial Hospital.
Kelsey weighed eight pounds, eight ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long at birth. She has two sisters, Kyra, 4, and Brooke, 18 months.
Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Posper Etchemendy of Lost Springs and Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Proulx of Croghan, N.Y. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bartos of Keeline, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Monnat of Castorland, N.Y., and Mrs. Imelda Proulx of Crohan.
