Mr. and Mrs. Carl Baughn are the great grandparents of the first baby born in Natrona County in 1953. The baby girl was born Jan. 2 at Memorial Hospital in Casper to Mr. and Mrs. Dick Cogeshell of Midwest. Mrs. Cogeshell is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Baughn of Buffalo, and Floyd is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Baughn. Dick Cogeshell is a grandson of the Ike Cogeshells who were residents of Manville a good many years ago.
