Dr. Rose  has been appointed assistant health officer for this end of the county and hereafter all cases of contagious diseases should be reported to him. To him also falls the duty of looking after the quarantining and the disinfecting of all such cases. All unsanitary conditions around town should be reported to him by anyone who knows of the existence of such places. There are places in Lusk right now that need reporting if one should judge from the odoriferous smell arising in certain quarters.
