Wilsons to Hold Grand Opening and Observe Business Anniversary Sat.

The D.F. Wilson Plumbing and Heating will hold a Grand Opening of their new Main Street business building and at the same time celebrate the 22 years that Mr. and Mrs. D.F. Wilson have operated the business.

The new building, which is an attractive addition the Lusk's business district, was just recently completed. The business occupies all of the 25 x 80 foot building except the northwest corner which is occupied by the K.C. Barber Shop.

Free coffee and doughnuts will be served between 2:00 and 5:00 Saturday afternoon. Each woman who attends will be presented a rose and door prizes will be given.

In September, 1937, Wilson bought a tin smith shop from Hugo Payne which had been operated by Sam Langford. Through the years the business prospered and in 1944 bought Joe Stesjkal's bakery building where they have operated until recently when they sold the building to Dr. and Mrs. Walter Reckling and purchased their present lot from William Bradley.
