The Lusk Herald, February 2, 1956
Paul Heany Buys Carter Service From Bryan Burge
Paul Heany has purchased the Burge Carter Service Station from Bryan Burge. The transaction was effective February 1. Mr. Heany has changed the name of the station to the O.K. Super Service but will continue to sell Carter Oil Co. products and operate under the same policy as before.
Mr. Heany has a great deal of background in the filling station and automotive maintenance business. He first went into the business here with Mr. Burge after Burge built the building which houses the station in 1947. Later Gilbert Bernbeck purchaed Burge's interest and in 1950 Burge bought entire control. Burge with Heany as manager has operated the station since that time.
