Ken's Conoco Station to have Grand Opening

Ken's Conoco Service Station at the corner of Seventh and Main Streets in Lusk will hold its grand opening Saturday, May 19. The public is invited and urged to visit this new Lusk business any time during the day.

The station is operated by Kenneth Sturman, a native of Lusk. He came to Lusk from Montana where he formerly operated a ranch. He served many years in the Army and led troops in both World War II and the Korean War.

The attractive service station has opened for business last December. It was built by Foster Lumber Co. of Lance Creek for Mr. and Mrs. T.A. Godfrey.
