Lusk Aircraft Financing Corporation Is Organized
Financial Investments, a Wyoming Corporation, has been organized by eleven local men for the primary purpose of financing the purchase of light aircraft.
Grady Criss has been engaged as vice-president and secretary and will be office manager for the new corporation. Their offices will be in the Lusk State Bank building.
Mr. Criss, a commercial pilot, has been employed by the Lusk State Bank for the past ten years. For the past seven years he has been cashier.
The company will sell stock in the near future, but it is not anticipated that the stock will not be offered for several weeks.
The fact that Lusk is becoming a center for the selling of light used aircraft prompted the organization. Organizers are C. K. Bixler, Dale Fullerton, Grady Criss, James Barrett, Waldo Parsons, J.K. Parsons, Coye Jennewein, Beryl Fullerton, George Mill, Leslie Huff, and Bill B. Coffee.
Tuesday C.K. Bixler was elected president and Mr. Criss vice-president and secretary.
