Herbert Cooper at OK Barber Shop

Herbert Cooper started barbering in the OK Barber Shop with Don Carpenter on March 12.  Mr. Cooper, an experienced barber, comes to Lusk from Seattle, Wash.  He and Mrs. Cooper and their three children are now living here.
