The Niobrara Motor Co. Will Commence Next Week

The Niobrara Motor Co. will commence next week the erection of a two-story combination warehouse and machine shop on the 60 x 145 foot plat just north of Geo. Howes' house.  The first floor will be of concrete and will accommodate the machine shop as well as providing display room; the upper floor, which will be of reinforced concrete, will be devoted wholly to display and storage.  Entrance to the upper floor will be from the terrace on Pine Street and the lower floor entrance will be on a level with the street.  The building which will be built of brick and concrete, will be finished by January 1.  Ground is now being broken.

Mr. Flora has made several sales here and feels that he has made a good choice in location as headquarters for his agency.
