Mrs. Panno and Daughter Purchase Flower Nook
Mrs. Joe Panno and her daughter, Jean, have purchased the Flower Nook from Mrs. Bessie Pfiefer, effective May 21.
Mrs. Panno. with her husband, formerly operated Bud's Hamburger here for 14 months until last June when Mrs. Panno's health forced them to sell that business.
Mrs. Panno plans later to attend a Chicago flower school and will have a formal opening of the business later.
Mrs. Pfiefer will assist Mrs. Panno for a time and in June Mr. and Mrs. Pfiefer and their two sons will make a vacation trip to Illinois.

Flower Nook to Have Grand Opening Sat.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Unruh, new owners of the Flower Nook, are announcing this week that a grand opening will be held Saturday, Dec. 1.
A free rose will be given to all women attending the opening and the men will receive a carnation. Mr. and Mrs. Unruh ask everyone to be sure to register anytime between 9:00 and 7:00 for the door prizes that will be given. The Flower Nook is located in the Ranger Hotel.

MRS. MADDEN PURCHASES FLOWER NOOK
Mrs. Glenna Madden has purchased the Flower Nook from Mr. and Mrs. Donley Unruh. She assumed management Monday and will continue to operate under the Flower Nook name.
Mrs. Unruh has been primarily responsible for the operation of the the business, for Mr. Unruh was formerly manager of the Ranger Hotel. He is also secretary-manager of the Lusk Chamber of Commerce.
