Early Release Film – THE LOST MEDALLION

The library will be offering a movie showing, “The Lost Medallion,” on the K-5 Early Release day, Wednesday, September 11, at 1:45 p.m.

Daniel Anderson visits a foster home to drop off a donation and is quickly roped into telling the kids a story. Daniel tells the tale of Billy Stone and Allie; two 13-year-old friends who uncover a long-lost medallion and accidentally wish themselves back in time. Billy, in order to save Allie’s life must give the medallion to an evil warlord. In order to retrieve the medallion and bring freedom to the people ruled by the warlord they join forces with an unlikely group. Rated PG, 98 minutes
