FALL RIF (Reading is FUN) with Dr. Noize!

The Friends of the Library present Dr. Noize for a fall RIF (Reading is Fun) program on Wednesday, September 21 at 5:45 p.m. Weather permitting this event will be held on the library lawn. Children will enjoy a high-energy show, have a snack and choose a book for their very own. Also, following this program, the Niobrara County High School Lusk Tigers will be having their homecoming parade and you can plan to watch it in front of the library!
