Winter Afterschool Programs

The Niobrara County Library’s winter afterschool programs begn on Monday, January 9 for grades K-1 with everyone’s favorite monkey, Curious George! Featuring stories, crafts and activities the program IA held on January 9, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 27 from 3:20 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

On Tuesdays from January 10 to February 28 the 2nd and 3rd grade program features Space through books, activities, crafts and experiments. Dates are: January 10, 17, 24, 31 and February 7, 14, 21, 28. This theme is also featured for 4-6 grade children on Thursdays, beginning on January 12 through February 23. (January 12, 19, 26 and February 2, 9, 16, 23)

Due to space restrictions, please call and register your children. If you are interested in providing snacks, paper cups, or paper napkins let us know when registering your child. Call the library at 334-3490 to register or if you have further questions or need to make special arrangements.
