The Federal Aviation Agency office in Los Angeles has given notice to contractors that bids will be called for shortly for a radar site and the construction pf slightly over five miles of graveled road to the site west of Rawhide Butte in northwest Goshen County.

Previous information indicated that eight men will be required to   man the station once it is constructed.

The specifications call for the moving of 14,000 cubic yards of dirt at the site, paving and fencing of an area 32" x 82", the erection of a 20' by 40' metal garage at the site, establishing a water system, and the erection of a 20' x 32' metal garage at the highway for the housing of snow removal equipment.
