Robert Macey Dies Here Monday
Robert W. Macey, 86, died of the infirmities of old age early Monday morning at the home of Mrs. Paul Richards who had been caring for him for four years. Mr. Macey had resided in this community for 37 years, working as a cowboy on various ranches.
Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Lusk Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Bozart officiating. Pall bearers were: Bud Hoblit, Robert Taylor, Ted Lohr, Charles Hitshew, Claude Redding, and Barney Miller.
Mr. Macey, son of James and Martha Macey, was born in Pennsylvania September 19, 1873. He married Helen North who lived but a short time after the marriage. There were no known survivors.
