Harry Newton Dies in Lusk Thursday

Harry W. Newton, 68, of Manville, died April 17 at the Spencer Hospital from a heart condition. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from Peet Chapel with Rev. Frank Bozart officiating. Burial was made in the Manville Cemetery. The American Legion Weiten-Dupes Post # 4 conferred military honors at the grave.

Mr. A. F. DeCastro and Mrs. Otha B. Holcomb sang "No Night There" and "Does Jesus Care." Mrs. H. J. Templeton was organist.

Pallbearers were Fred Kettler, T. L. Cantwell, Floyd Alexander, Sven Johnson, Ernest Schuricht and Lloyd Tschacher.

Harry William Newton was born March 12, 1889 in Beatrice, Nebr. He has made his home in the Manville Community since 1918. He is survived by two brothers, Robert of Kansas City, Mo., and Earl of Dayton, Ohio. Both were here for the services.
