Mary Prieshoff Dies At Crawford April 26
Mary Henrietta Prieshoff died April 26 at the Crawford hospital at the age of 84.
Daughter of John Henry and Mary Anna Piekenbrock Prieshoff, she was born at Montrose December 4, 1889. Mary graduated from Crawford High School with the class of 1908 and taught school in Sioux and Dawes counties for 35 years.
Survivors include three sisters, Elizabeth Brown of Portland, Ore., Minnie Wolf of Columbus, Ga., and Anna of Crawford. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Edward.
Burial was in the Crawford Catholic Cemetery.
