Funeral services for Donald Raum were held February 10, 1995 at the First United Methodist Church in Orangevale, California.
Donald E. Raum was born to Clarence and Elsie Raum in Hemingford, Neb. on November 12, 1912 and died February 8, 1995 in California. He grew up on the family farm northwest of Crawford and graduated from Sioux County High School in 1931. In 1933 he married Gladys Cullers. He worked for several years on the Con Parsons Ranch south of Harrison. Shortly before World War II they moved to the West Coast.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a sister, Marjorie Fites of Mentone, Cal.; and a brother, Earl of Crawford. He was preceded in death by his son, Eddie; a sister, Virginia Alexander; and a brother, Ralph.
