Terry Reich
A funeral service for Terry Reich, 41, of Scottsdale, Arizona, who died January 16, 1989 in the Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, will be held Friday, Jan. 20 at 2 p.m. in the Federated Churches in Mitchell with the Rev. Dale H. Brown officiating.
Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery near Minatare with Jones Mortuary of Mitchell in charge of arrangements. Memorials have been established to his family and to the Federated Churches' Children's Fund.
He was born June 3, 1947 in Scottsbluff the son of Alex and Millie (Kraus) Reich and received his education in the Mitchell and Morrill schools and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Nebraska in 1972.
He married Cheryl Modlin of Lyman, Nebraska on July 26, 1965 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He taught for 12 years in Colorado and Louisiana schools and had worked for the Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Scottsdale, Arizona Chambers of commerce.
Survivors in addition to his wife Cheryl are a son Tory of Scottsdale, his mother Millie Reich of rural Mitchell, a brother Ron of Sioux City, Iowa and eleven nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Alex Reich and a brother Delbert.
