Services for William G. "Willie" Stoll, 65, were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 1991, at the Peet Mortuary Chapel with the Lusk Branch of the Latter Day Saints Church officiating. Burial followed in the Lusk Cemetery.

Stoll died Sunday evening, May 12, 1991, in his home in Lusk. He was born Oct. 6, 1925, in Columbus, Neb., the son of William and Mary Stoll.

He and his mother homesteaded in the Dogie area 30 miles north of Lance Creek between 1931-1937. He attended schools in the Lance Creek and Manville area.

In the mid 1940s Willie began working for Continental Production in Lance Creek and he worked for them for 20 years. In the mid 1960s he began working for the Reed Ranches. He later worked for Larry Solberg and then for Harry Brown at the Lusk Elevator Feed Store.

He was a member of the L.D.S. Church and the Niobrara County Sportsman's Club. He loved horses and enjoyed mechanics.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include a second cousin, Shirley Phipps of Harrison, Neb., and many friends.

Peet Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
