Edna Fleming Taylor

Services for Edna Fleming Taylor, 84 of Rock Springs, who died May 10, 1988, at Kimberly Manor Nursing Home were held May 14, 1988 at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs, SD.

Mrs. Taylor was born July 24, 1903, in Salix, IA, the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (Wilson) Fleming. She spent her early years in Battle Mountain, MN.

In 1925, she married Jake Krauss in Minnesota and they were later divorced. On April 4, 1944, she married Carlton W. Taylor in Lusk. He died June 3, 1981.

She spent most of her life in Lusk, Hot Springs and lived in Rock Springs the past two years.

While in Lusk, she was employed by Safeway Stores. She and her husband owned a meat locker business in Hot Springs at one time.

She is survived by one son, Elden "Mike" Krauss of Rock Springs; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward Fleming of Kalispell, MT; and Elmer Fleming of Lusk.

Memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs.
