Kirk Wiltse service held
Funeral service was conducted for D. K. "Kirk" Wiltse, 67, October 23 in Newcastle and burial was in the Black Hills National Cemetery at Sturgis, S.D.
At the age of two Wiltse came to Lusk with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wiltse, from Waterloo, Iowa. He started school here, completing his education in Osage, Laramie Prep and Newcastle high schools. Since 1972 he has been a contract mail carrier between Newcastle and Hulett.
Wiltse and Hazel Miller were married in Hardin, Mont. on July 4, 1932. She survives him at the family home in Newcastle. Other survivors are sons Dudley of Cripple Creek, Colo., and James of Denver, Colo., a daughter Jeanette Dobratz of Spokane, Wash., and five grandchildren.
