W. S. Winsor is Victim of Death Wednesday Morn

W. Samuel Winsor, resident in and near Lusk for the past four years, passed away at the Lusk hospital at 6:30 o'clock Wednesday morning, after having been confined there for the past two weeks. Senility and heart trouble were the contributing causes.

Mr. Winsor's age was 78 years, 10 months and 16 days. He was not so well known around this vicinity as he was of the quiet reserved type, living alone most of the time. His latest home was about three-fourths mile northwest of town, where he had lived for more than a year.

His only son, L. G. Winsor, of Meadow Grove, Nebr., arrived here yesterday, and will accompany the remains this (Thursday) afternoon to Pierce, Nebr., where burial will probably take place Friday afternoon, beside the grave of his wife who died twenty years ago. Aside from the son, decedent is survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom live at Meadow Grove. The body was prepared for shipment by the Peet Mortuary.

Mr. Winsor was a native of Wisconsin, but in youth moved to Dubuque, Ia., where he grew to manhood and operated a blacksmithing business. He later, with his family, moved to South Dakota, then to Nebraska and Montana, coming from the latter state to this city.
