Helen Kallevang Davis

Services for Helen Davis, age 84, of Lusk, will be Friday, February 7, at 2 p.m. at Bader Funeral Home.

Mrs. Davis died January 31 at the Niobrara County Nursing Home.

Interment will follow the service in Harrison, Nebr.

Bader Funeral Home of Lusk is in charge of arrangements.

Services for Helen Kallevang Davis, age 84, were held Friday at Bader Funeral Home with Pastor Harold King of St. Paul's Lutheran Church officiating.

Burial was in the Harrison City Cemetery in Harrison, Neb.

Mrs. Davis died early January 31, at the Niobrara County Nursing Home in Lusk, Wyo.

She was born September 1, 1909, in Decorah, Iowa, the daughter of Julius and Helga Kirby Kallevang. She was confirmed in the Springfield Church and attended the Decorah Lutheran Church.

She married Harold Anderson in January of 1930, and he preceded her in death in 1949. In 1952 she married Gehard Vick and they moved to Lusk, Wyo. He preceded her in death in 1962. She later married Ted Davis in July of 1973. Mr. Davis died in February of 1990.

While living in Iowa, Mrs. Davis worked for many businesses including Decorah Produce, Luther College and J.C. Penney's, all located in Decorah, Iowa. After moving to Lusk she worked at J.C. Penney's until they closed. She then worked at the Southside Cafe for several years until her retirement.

Helen had several hobbies including doll making and crafts. She also loved travel.

Survivors include her son, James Anderson of Decorah, Iowa; a grandson, Michael Anderson of Lusk, Wyo. and a granddaughter of South Carolina; three great grandchildren; three stepchildren; and nine step grandchildren.

Bader Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
