Lee Starks Dies in Casper Hospital, Sunday
Lee Starks of Casper , 66, formerly of Lusk died Sunday afternoon at the Natrona County Hospital from a cerebral hemorrhage.
Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Mary Ellen of Casper, and a son, Lee of Rangely, Colo.
Mr. Starks was well-known among the older residents of Lusk and was a carpenter and odd job man here for many years.
