Local Lady's Mother Is Accident Victim
Mrs. John Nance of Midwest was killed Thursday night when two automobiles crashed five miles south of Buffalo. Her husband incurred serious injuries, and Alfred Smith, driver of the other car, was cut about the head and his arm broken.
Mr. and Mrs. Nance are the parents of Mrs. Jack Williams, Lusk, whose husband is a Democratic candidate for the state House of Representatives, and an employee of the Gas Plant at Lance Creek.
The accident raised the highway death toll to 66. Mrs. Nance's funeral has been tentatively set for Monday.
