Funeral Services For Theo Massey

Friends and neighbors of the Masseys were saddened by the news of the passing of Mr. Massey, Sr. in Douglas last Friday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Massey have lived here in the home of his son, Bernal Massey for several years. A few weeks ago Mr. Massey, Jr. settled his family and parents in a home in Douglas when he left to join the navy. Mrs. Massey has been sick for a long time. He is survived by his widow, a daughter, Mrs. Edna White of Hayden Lake, Idaho, and son, Bernal, who could not be contacted in time.

Theodore Massey was born in Connersville, Indiana, Aug. 14, 1864. For years he was connected with the New York Central railroad. His second marriage occured in 1921 to Miss Katherine Burger of Connersville. He died Friday morning at 3:30 in Douglas. Funeral service was conducted in Douglas by the Methodist minister and burial was in the family lot in Casper.
