Teresa Noel a resident of Douglas died Monday, March 9, 2009 at her home.

She was born February 18, 1958 in Glendive, Montana the daughter of Gerald Edward and Rose E. (Gable) Williams. She was reared and educated in Casper, graduating from Natrona County High School in 1976. She worked as a dispatcher for the Casper Police Department and the past 28 years she has worked for UPS as a driver. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Rayland James Heck and to this union two sons were born. They were later divorced, and she married the Love of her life Joseph Nicholas Noel on November 3, 1984 in Douglas at the Assembly of God Church. Together they would raise and nurture sons, RJ and Chad, attending many athletic events and standing proudly as both sons served our country in war. Teresa loved working hand in hand at her and Joe's farm and ranch, they called The Franch. They would build a new home, put up hay, raise livestock, and tend to her fainting goats. Haying season meant long summer nights, where she would often make phone calls to friends and family from her tractor seat.

To know Teresa is to know love, kindness, generosity, loyalty, devotion, forgiveness, and humor. She loved and cherished her family and friends, her God and church family, her UPS family and customers, and her community. Her heart knew no limits. Teresa's granddaughter, Emma, was the light of her life. Teresa will be fondly remember for her love of birthday celebrations, various figurine collections, and special handmade gifts. Teresa made birthday celebrations extra special with her inventive ways of singing Happy Birthday.

She is survived by her parents, Gerald and Rose Williams of Casper, Wyoming; son, Raylan J. "RJ" (Joanne) Heck of Crestview, Florida; step-daughters, Mandy (Jason) Reisener and Kristen Noel (Zeth Campbell) both of Greeley, Colorado; two sisters, Kay (Bob) Rosenberger of Wellington, Colorado and Carol Williams of Casper; brother, Jerry (Shelly) Williams and nephew and niece, Nick and Meggie Williams of Casper; and granddaughter, Emma Maresa Heck of Crestview.

She died along with her husband, Joe Noel and son, Chad Heck. She was preceded in death by brother, Darryl Dean Williams; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Mary Jane Williams; and maternal grandparents, Otto and Bertha Gable.
