Early Resident Here Dies in Omaha Thurs.
Mrs. Edna Mae Carleton, 76, Omaha realtor for 40 years, and early resident of Sioux County, died at Omaha last Thursday. She was a partner in the firm of Carleton & Spickler. Funeral services and burial were at Omaha.
She was born in Correctionville, Iowa, August 6, 1885 the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Warneke. The family moved to Harrison later and she grew up on the ranch and was educated in the Harrison schools.
Her surviving near relatives are her sister, Mabelle Holton of Omaha, and nieces, Verna Boggs, Edna Mae Abel and Elaine Naslund, and nephews Paul and Chester Holton.
