Donald Franke

The little 14-months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Franke was drowned Thursday afternoon. Word was sent to Mr. Franke at Athol, S. D., and he reached home Sunday. The parents and relatives have the sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow.

The funeral of little Donald Franke was held Tuesday morning at the home of Mrs. Hovill, Mr. Franke's sister. Rev. Jacobs, from south of Jay Em, gave a very comforting little talk to those present. Interment was made in the Van Tassell cemetery.
