Roland C. Blunt Dies in Gebo Friday
Roland C. Blunt of Gebo, Wyo. died at the Mayo Hospital at Rochester, Minn. Friday evening. Funeral services will be held at Florence, Colo. Tuesday.
The Blunts lived in the field from 1939 to 1945. Mr. Blunt was employed at the gas plant as maintenance man. From Lance Creek the Blunts were transferred to So. Elk Basin field at Powell and then to Circle Ridge and Gebo field. Roland has been in ill health for the past two years. The Blunts have many friends in Lance Creek.
Mr. and Mrs. Benal Massey and Mrs. Ila Compton left Monday for Florence, Colo. to attend the funeral.
