Clyde Kuskie Dies Jan. 5 in Evanston

August Clyde Kuskie, 68, of Fort Laramie died in Evanston January 5 after an extended illness. He is the father of Mrs. Mildred Scott of Lusk and of Mrs. Mabel Black and Mrs. Betty Greenley, both of Lance Creek.

Surviving him, other than the daughters, are his wife, Elsie May, a son, Glen of the family home, two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Mead of Visulia, Calif.; and Mrs. Edna Mead of Parkland, Wash.; one brother, three sisters, 19 grandchildren and seven (great) grandchildren.

Before moving to Fort Laramie to make their home the Kuskies were residents in the Jay Em vicinity for a number of years. Mr. Kuskie was a member of the Presbyterian church.

Final rites ere conducted by the Rev. Charles Dowell at the Colyer Mortuary in Torrington Sunday at 2:00 o'clock. Bearing the body to its final resting place in the Torrington cemetery were Glen Darnall of Lusk, Clarence Jones, Berle Borton, and Joe Osborne of Fort Laramie, and Ray Lively and Ray Snell of Torrington.
