Grayce Carroll Dies Thursday Morning

Thursday morning about 7:30 Grayce Luella Carroll, (nee Snethen) passed away at the home of her parents, death being due to a nervous trouble of long standing.

In the passing of Mrs. Carrol, Lusk loses one of her most highly respected young matrons.

Mrs. Carroll is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sneethen. She was born in Jefferson, Ia., eighteen years ago. She was married to George Carroll on the fifth of January, 1920. Mrs. Carroll came to Lusk with her parents in 1913.

Interment will be made in Lusk either Saturday or Sunday, awaiting the arrival of relatives from the east.

The Funeral of Mrs. George Carroll

The funeral of the late Mrs. George Carroll was held Sunday afternoon at the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Snethen and then proceeded to the Baptist church where services were conducted by O.E.A. Blenkarn. The Lusk Quartette sang many beautiful hymns.

The honorary pall bearers, who were intimate girl friends of Mrs. Carroll's were the Misses Bessie Reed, Sadie Noble, Bernice Main, Edith Fernau, Regina Quinn and Ila Johnson.

The pall bearers were John Wesley Wolfe, Colonel Quinn, Bob Jensen, Barney Murray, Robert Lowery and Joe Block.

She was laid at rest in the Lusk cemetery.
