King Infant Dies Shortly After Birth

Tammy Kay King, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis King of Lusk, died last Wednesday at the Goshen County Memorial Hospital in Torrington after living but a few hours.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 Saturday at the Chapel of the Peet Mortuary, with Pastor Richard Korns of the Manville Community Alliance Church officiating. Mrs. Richard Korns accompanied herself as she sang "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" and "When He Cometh."

Tammy Kay is survived by her parents, maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Lancster of Torrington, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William King of Casper, maternal great-grandfather, Reuben Johnson of Lance Creek and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A brother, Michael Lynn, died last October.

Relatives attending the funeral besides those named were: Gloria and Penny King of Casper; Mrs. Bob Johnson, Mrs. Nell Brewer of Lusk; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Johnson of Lance Creek; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Miller of Manville; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Johnson, Owen and Norma, Mr. and Mrs. Lonald Kroeger, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Johnson and Jean of Hartville; Mrs. Johnnie Prade of Douglas; and Mrs. Jerry Cannady of Torrington.
