Hubert Victor
Dick Germany was born July 11, 1935 in Sulphur, Okla., to Hubert and Marie Germany. He attended school in Okla. until he moved to Lusk, Wyo., and worked as a service station attendant. Dick then moved back to Okla. where he worked high line construction. He met his wife Virginia Louise Stults in 1969 in Clinton, Okla. In 1970 they moved to Dennison, Texas, then to Sheridan, Wyo. in 1975. In 1986 Dick retired and they moved to Buffalo in 2001. Dick enjoyed fishing and working in the garden. He passed away June 30 at his home.
Dick is survived by his wife, Virginia; one son Bill Merkey of Sheridan, Wyo., and one daughter Ethel Tarnstrom of Clearwater, Kans.; six step-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren; six cousins Leta Lemons Helvey, Sheridan; Ernie Lemons, Lusk; Rick and Ronnie Elliott, Claremore, Okla.; Jimmie Elliott, Liberty, Mo., and R. C. Elliott, Sulphur, Okla.
Private services were held July 15 at Lake DeSmet, Buffalo, Wyo. Donations may be made in Dick's memory to help the family with expenses. Adams Funeral Home, 351 North Adams, Buffalo, Wyo. 82834 was in charge of the services.
