Betty Bridge Berry
Betty Bridge Berry, age 77, passed away on April 16, 2005, in Rancho Mirage, Calif. She was a resident of Indian Wells, Calif. before her passing.
Betty was born Aug. 6, 1927 in Rapid City, S.D. Her parents were John and Lorraine Bridge. Lorraine was later remarried to Waldo Parsons, also known as “Peewee.”
While living in Rapid City, Betty served as the U.S. District Clerk of Courts there.
Betty is survived by her sons, Edward Corley of Tacoma, Wash., Randy Corley of Silverdale, Wash, and Jim Layng of Rapid City, S.D.; her daughter, Kelly Corella of LaQuinta, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held for her at the Pine Lawn Memorial Park in Rapid City on June 24, 2005 at 1 p.m.
There will be a celebration of her life following the service at Minervas Restaurant in Rapid City.
