Jack Hargraves

Uncle Jack Hargraves, who had been declining in health for several weeks, passed to the great beyond Tuesday morning at 12:45 at the age of 77 years, and was laid to rest in the Lusk cemetery yesterday afternoon. Deceased was a familiar character and counted his friends by his acquaintance. We will miss Uncle Jack when the campaign rolls around, for at such times he never failed to call at this office and preach and extol the virtues of democracy - in which he was posted right up to date. May he sleep in peace is our ardent wish.
